Build 0.1 Release

so !!  here's the first build at long last :3 i had originally planned for this to be out during autumn of last year, buuut it didn't end up working out.  honestly i'm just happy i managed to get it out at all with how busy i've been adjsjfhhf.

elephant in the room: there was supposed to be a choice to either be aggressive with otsana or be more diplomatic, but at the last moment, i found out that the choice ui was scaling improperly.  i plan to add the choice in the next update !!
